Gorgeous Weather

It's a beautiful day to be "up the hill."  The temperature is a bit cooler and there's so much to do.  The Twain Harte Arts & Wine Festival is happening with lots of vendors and great live music.  Check out www.fireonthemountain.com for more info and the schedule.
A "Sunday Drive" is definitely in order today!  Pack some snacks and head up Highway 108 to take in the amazing scenery and don't forget to stop and the newly reopened Donnell Vista to take a little walk and check out the breath taking view.  I like to ride the motorcycle all the way over to Walker for lunch (both Walker Burger and Mountain View Barbeque are good).  If this is your plan, time it right to be back in Pinecrest for the Movie Under the Stars at 8:30 - tonight's show is Mr. Popper's Penguins.
However you spend your Sunday... Stay Cool!

Tuolumne Village Market

YAY!  It's my favorite day of the whole week - Wednesday!  Why? Because tonight is the Music in the Park in Tuolumne City!  Tonight's tunes will be provided by Crash Landing.  Check out the Park & Rec website for the Summer's list! http://tuolumnerecreation.com/tuolumne_concerts_in_the_park.html

I know a lot of people head up to Eproson Park for the music in Twain Harte on Saturdays but I really prefer Tuolumne.  There's much more room on the lawn, I've never felt crowded, plenty of room for the kiddos to run, dance and play and there's trees to provide wonderful shade.  The Certified Farmer's Market is happening at the same time in the same place which is great!  You can find such a variety of things such as fruits, veggies, soap, meat, plants, cupcakes, pulled pork sandwiches, wind chimes, chocolates and jewelry.

We love to pack a picnic for dinner and enjoy the time with friends, family and good music - Join us!
